South facing wall allows in the sun in the winter but with the 3 foot overhangs blocks the direct light in the summer. The cleerstory windows are electronically opperated for easy cold flushing.

A series of arches continues with the round wall feeling.

Master baths sink and storage. The mirror will be placed above the sink.

The master bath has a slate steam shower.

The kitchen has plenty of space and open to the rest of the home.

Details

The main home is 2,466 sq.ft and the detached studio is 850 sq. ft. We are currently going through the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design(LEED) for Homes certification process and expect to get the platinum certification.
