Commercial | East Blair Co-Housing

We kept the second floor intact, lifted the house up, demolished the lower floor, built two new units downstairs, and then lowered the house back down.

The project falls under the commercial because it has three units. The two new downstairs apartments were both designed to be ADA compliant.
